From a very early age, I memorized songs and sang at the top of my lungs every chance I got. At 4 yrs old, I began creating videos dancing, singing and acting; performing like I was creating content for fans. By the time I was 6, I was accepted into The School for Creative and Performing Arts (a world-class arts magnet program designed to achieve technical mastery in an arts field and traditional academic curriculum) in my hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Simply put, with a name like Amira Nicole, I was destined to perform!
I am currently a Junior at Gainesville High School, where I am a lead member of the highly decorated Musical Theatre Troupe 2445 and have performed in more than a dozen professional level shows since Freshman year. This year, I was voted Vice President and have also been cast in my 1st lead role as Dorothy in The Wiz. To continue using my gift of singing, I am a 3rd year member of Advanced Chorus and have been chosen to perform with the District Honors Chorus for the 5th consecutive year.
After high school, I plan to attend an HBCU to study Musical Theatre and Acting. Until that time, I am seeking experiences that will help me continue to grow by exposing me to new forms of the arts and challenging me in ways that will best prepare me for my future.

What began as me just being a cute, talented little girl evolved into something more. Performing was no longer what I liked to do, it became what I felt called to do. It felt like home.
I am the perfect mix of nature and nurture because I was born with the ability ability to entertain, but I’ve also been professionally trained and have a lot of experience on stage. As I continue to train and perform, my craft will continue to be perfected, preparing me for theatrical greatness.
Can you say TRIPLE THREAT?! I not only act and dance (which includes assisting with choreography and teaching as a Dance Captain) in Musical Theatre competitively, but I also sing competitively. As a member of Advanced Chorus, I have performed in District 14 Honor Chorus every year since 7th grade and have been rated as SUPERIOR in performance and sight reading at LGPE (Large Group Performance Evaluation).
